2025 Pre-Order Deposit

HAVEN Meadows Farm is offering a number of started pullets to be available for pre-order. Our pullets will be between 2 and 4 months old. It is our goal to offer pre-buys of many backyard breeds, a select number is available with additional pullets of each breed being kept till our first sale.
 
Deposits can be made with a minimum of 2 of any of our selection of pullets. With the remaining portion to be paid upon pickup prior to or on our first sale on April 6th. This is our seventh year offering started pullets.
 
$30 birds may be held with a deposit of $10 per bird. $35 pullets for $12 and a $14 deposit for rare and specialty breeds, $40, $16 for $45  birds. Barnvelders  are $50 and can be reserved for $18.  The difference is due upon pickup.
 
Down payments are for the breed-varieties from the assortments selected. 
With assortments, we are currently unable to guarantee breed selection or choice until birds are picked up. You are reserving a bird within that category.
Down payments are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order.
 
The remaining due is to be paid upon pick-up, please plan to bring cash or Venmo to cover the remainder of the balance. If one would prefer to pay the remaining balence via credit card there will be a three percent processing fee to be paid by the customer.
