Salmon Faverolles

Salmon Faverolles are delightful, friendly birds with unique features. Like Silkies, they have 5 toes and feathered feet, in addition to beards and muffs, checks, seen amongst Americaunas.  Their eggs are cream in color but ocasionlly appear pinkinsh depending on the lighting and bloom.
 
One can begun seing the difference among males and females as the chicks begun to gain their wing and back feathers. Hens are a are a creamy to a muted tawny with a paler chest and males first feathers are primarily black.
