White Sport Legbar

White in chickens comes in two forms, dominant which masks other colors and a recessive which hides and pops up every now and then. White Sport Legbars are recessive in form and developed from the occasional sports among the Cream Variety. As chicks they can be sexed by color with females having heavier golden stripes along their back. They lay a blue egg.
 
The eldest of our White Sport Legbars hatched December 11th, 2024 and will be nearly 4 months old by the start of our Open Coop Days/Hen Sales. We have some hatched early 2025 as well.
